Franklin D Roosevelt famous for a number of reasons: getting through the Great Depression, leading America through World War II, and for being the only president to be elected to three terms in office. Director and Principle Trainer at Navanter, Neil Shorney, took some time out to visit the Franklin D Roosevelt Memorial in Washington DC during a training trip to the USA, and picked up a useful lesson about how to be a successful leader.
