A deep dive into personality and communication style
The NPSI™ test is a comprehensive tool which shines a light on people's personalities, and how these personalities manifest themselves in communication style. Based on similar research to other well-known tests (by the Greek philosopher, Hippocrates), the NPSI has been specifically designed with the workplace in mind.
The assessment looks at our preferences in a work environment, and gives a detailed report on motivations, communication style, and preferred environment to thrive. This information can be used to plan career paths, understand team-working, and communicate more effectively.
A key focus of the NPSI is of spotting different styles in other people, and taking responsibility for flexing our own styles to get the best out of others.
