A highly-practical course to improve performance through coaching & mentoring

Learn how to maximise the performance of your team by helping each individual succeed, as you learn more about yourself, your team members, and the interactions between you.

Take a look at this feedback left on LinkedIn.

There is a growing trend amongst successful organisations, that performance management is moving away from a once-a-year appraisal, towards on-going, coaching-based staff development. This new, flexible approach to management and leadership, allows companies to be much more agile in the way they react to changes in their business and in the economy in general. Coaching is one of the most powerful tools available today, for helping individuals to contribute more fully to the team, the organisation, and to their own personal development. A coach, whether that person be a "formal" coach, a team leader, a project manager or an HR professional, can be a real catalyst of business improvement.

In this interactive training programme, you'll learn all the techniques necessary to coach colleagues, direct reports, managers and customers, in the skills and behaviours you need to make your business successful. You'll learn what coaching and mentoring are (and what they aren't), and how to use a coaching style in many of the conversations you have on a daily basis. The training includes a solid coaching process, meaning that even those with little experience can apply what they've learned as soon as they return to the office. As well as solid theory, this course is full of practical opportunities to try out your new-found coaching skills in the safety of a training room, giving you the confidence to change your conversations for the better when you get back to "real life"!
