The DiSC® assessment is based on the work of William Moulton Marston and Vernon Clarke, and is a particularly well-known personality test. The system is based on whether a person tends to view their environment as favourable or unfavourable, and how much control people feel they have over that environment.
DiSC® is used extensively in recruitment to help in the hiring of balanced teams with complementary styles, and who will work effectively together.
